· Earn a $500 referral bonus for direct hire and temporary/contract placements.
· Earn an additional $500 ($1,000 total) for direct hire placements with salaries above $100,000.
· Referral bonuses are subject to approval based on certain terms and conditions.
· Referred candidates for temporary/contract or direct hire positions must work for 100 days before the bonus is eligible to be paid.
· Qualified referrals cannot come from a corporation, the referred candidate cannot be an active employee already on Search Services' payroll, the referred candidate cannot already be in Search Services' network and have interviewed or been submitted to one of our clients within the last 18 months.
· Payout terms: A direct hire referral is earned 100 days after the referred candidate’s start date and conditioned upon their continued employment with the client company and receipt of permanent placement fee. A temporary/contract referral is earned after 100 days of billing. Referral bonus payment will be processed the last payroll of the month following when the referral is earned. For example, if the referred candidate's start date is 1/4/2023, the referral bonus is earned on 4/14/2023 and paid out the last week of May 2023. You may be required to complete a W9 for payment processing. A 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year unless you are a W2 employee.
